guestsThe evening’s events began with a welcome and prayer from current board president, David McCall.  A barbeque dinner from Kip’s Texas Bar-B-Que was served, to the delight of all the guests. After dinner, Assistant Principal Brian Guenther recognized all who had so generously helped in the success of the pledge drive dinner. The event co-chairs, Elisa Ibarra-Garrett and Stephanie Ramirez, were presented with flowers for their tireless efforts.  Special thanks were given to the event underwriters and others who contributed to the celebration.  They included River Stone Community Church, Sagebrush Landscaping and Nursery, Republic Resources, LLC. Founding Board member of The Master’s School, Carolyn McCall, shared the story of the school’s prayerful beginning.  Mrs. McCall, several alumni, and current students from each class placed building blocks on the stage as symbols of the ways in which the school has impacted their lives.  Examples of the blocks were: “faith”, “character”, “joy” and “prayer”.choir

The Master’s School’s Board president, David McCall, presented the site plan of the school and the school’s Concert Choir completed the program by singing “Lord, We Are Your People” and “This Little Light of Mine”.  The choir students exited the stage after their second song and dispersed through the crowd to sing the beautiful “Teach Me Your Way”, glorifying God and ending the evening’s events.
