<p><strong>Hope and Jars  Fundraising Breakfast, Thursday, March 3, 2011, 8:00 &#8211; 9:00 a.m., Dick&#8217;s  Classic Car Garage</strong></p>
<p>This event  is a one hour breakfast presentation for adults.  Guests will be  inspired about the school&#8217;s mission and asked to support it financially.   All school families are welcome.  Please invite any guests who may be  interested in supporting the mission of The Master&#8217;s School.  RSVP by  calling or e-mailing the office.</p>

<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Invitations to Apply for  1<sup>st</sup> grade </strong>were mailed to all current  kindergarten students on February 3<sup>rd</sup>.  In order to guarantee availability of a  place in the class for your child, his or her application and fee must be  received by March 4, 2011.After March 4<sup>th</sup>, available spaces will be  filled by students new to the school.</span></p>

<p><strong>Mr. Crabill’s third grade  students </strong>will participate in the 12:15 p.m. presentation of the Daughters of  the Republic of Texas 175th-anniversary celebration of the signing of the Texas  Declaration of Independence on Wednesday, March 2<sup>nd</sup> at the San Marcos  Public Library.  Download the <a href="http://www.mastersschool.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/Texas-Declaration-of-Independence.pdf">flyer</a> for details.</p>
<p><strong>Honor Roll </strong>Congratulations to students in  grades 3-7 who made the 2<sup>nd</sup> trimester Honor Roll.  Honor Roll certificates will be  presented to these students in chapel this Friday.  <a href="http://www.mastersschool.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/Honor-Roll-List.pdf">Honor Roll List</a>.</p>

<p><strong>Kindergarten Applications </strong>are currently being accepted for the 2011-2012 school year.</p>
<p><strong>Youth Art Month</strong>- The  Master&#8217;s School has 10 works of art which will be on exhibit at the <em>San Marcos Activity Center Walker&#8217;s  Gallery</em> during the month of March. Come see The Master&#8217;s School students’  artwork as well as artwork from K-12 students from throughout San Marcos.</p>
<p><strong>Campus Expansion </strong>The Master’s School has access to  four buildings that need to be moved.  The buildings are wood framed, with  metal siding and roofs, and some with shingled roofs.  Two of them are  24’x64’ and two are 24’x32’.  They are clear span, so the interior walls  could be arranged to any specifications.  If you are interested in  purchasing one of these buildings, please <strong>contact Tim Kardosz at 512.627.3220</strong>.   The sale of these buildings will fund the opportunity to acquire and move  two more buildings to our campus for our middle school.</p>

<p><strong>Hope and Jars  Fundraising Breakfast, Thursday, March 3, 2011, 8:00 &#8211; 9:00 a.m., Dick&#8217;s  Classic Car Garage</strong> This event  is a one hour breakfast presentation for adults.  Guests will be  inspired about the school&#8217;s mission and asked to support it financially.   All school families are welcome.  Please invite any guests who may be  interested in supporting the mission of The Master&#8217;s School.  RSVP by calling or e-mailing  the office by Wednesday, February 23,  2011.</p>

<p><strong>Kindergarten students </strong>will be reciting at the fundraising  breakfast on Thursday, March 3<sup>rd</sup>.  Students must be dropped off at Dick’s  Classic Car Garage between 7:45 and 8:00 a.m. that morning.  The address is 120 Stagecoach Trail, San  Marcos.</p>

<p><strong>Mr. Crabill’s third grade  students </strong>will participate in the 12:15 p.m. presentation of the Daughters of  the Republic of Texas 175th-anniversary celebration of the signing of the Texas  Declaration of Independence on March 2, 2011, at the San Marcos Public  Library.  Details are given in <a href="http://www.mastersschool.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/Texas-Declaration-of-Independence.pdf">this flyer</a>.</p>

<p><strong>Campus Expansion </strong>The Master’s School has access to  four buildings that need to be moved.  The buildings are wood framed, with  metal siding and roofs, and some with shingled roofs.  Two of them are  24’x64’ and two are 24’x32’.  They are clear span, so the interior walls  could be arranged to any specifications.  If you are interested in  purchasing one of these buildings, please <strong>contact Tim Kardosz at 512.627.3220</strong>.   The sale of these buildings will fund the opportunity to acquire and move  two more buildings to our campus for our middle school.</p>

<p><strong>ACSI Speech Meet </strong>tryout results for students in grades 1-3 were sent home with students  today.</p>
<p><strong>ACSI Speech Meet mandatory  meeting </strong>for those who were selected to participate and at least one of their  parents this Thursday, February 10<sup>th</sup>, from 3:00 to 3:30 p.m.</p>
