Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. Praise the Lord for another wonderful year at The Master’s School!  Praise Him for his provision; great is his faithfulness.  

Prayer Please pray for good health and physical stamina for students, faculty, staff and families as we enjoy that last busy week of school.  Pray for safety and rest for all over the summer.  Pray for those who are leaving the school this year, that they would feel loved and accepted in their new surroundings.  

All School Practice for Fine Arts Day -  1st through 6th grade students must be dropped off at First Baptist Church, 325 W. McCarty Lane on Wednesday, May 24th, between 8:15 - 8:30 a.m. for all school practice.  Students will be shuttled back to school by bus.  (kindergarten students dropped off at TMS campus at regular time)

No Uniform Day on Wednesday, May 24th.  Dress appropriately for Field Day events:  your grade level’s country colors, shorts, athletic shoes or water shoes, etc.  (plan to get wet)  

Awards AssemblyThursday, May 25th, 8:10 a.m.  Character Awards will be presented to each student, grades K-6, as well as 4th Quarter Honor Roll certificates for grades 3-6.  

Fine Arts Day  This annual program will take place on Friday, May 26th at First Baptist Church, 325 W. McCarty Lane.  Students are to arrive at FBC at 9:00 a.m. and meet their teachers.  Guests are invited to view students’ artwork in the foyer from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m.  The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. with recitations and performances by students in each class, K - 6.  After a brief intermission, academic awards will be presented and students will be dismissed by 12:00 p.m.  There will be no After School Program.  If you are not able to attend the program, please plan to pick up your child at First Baptist Church by 12:15 p.m.  No food or drinks are allowed in the chapel.  Do not bring end of the year treats or gifts for your child’s class.

Library Books  All library books, other than those that are on required summer reading lists, are due by May 24th.   Students who are not enrolled for the 2017-2018 school year must return ALL books.  Final report cards and student records will not be released to students with outstanding library books.

Yearbook Orders are due by May 31, 2017.  Orders may be turned in to the school office with $16.00 cash or check payable to The Master’s School; or placed online at using Yearbook ID Code 11901617.

BoxTops for Education   FINAL BoxTops collection will be on May 24th.  Ask neighbors, family members, etc. to collect for you as well. Each Box Top earns the PTC  10¢.  The more you collect the more money received!  The winning class displays a banner on their door as a celebration for their efforts.  Please note that BoxTops do expire, and can not be submitted for payment if they have expired. Check the dates on your BoxTops, and don’t hang on to them too long!
